This piece combines a diamond pattern with a crystal featuring a cut resembling a tomoe (comma-shaped) pattern. The diamond is also used as a motif, and the "makibishi" (scattered caltrops) said to have been used by ninjas to escape pursuit are based on the water chestnut. The result is a modern finish with a touch of Japanese aesthetics. The posts are intentionally made longer to allow you to enjoy the nuance.
